I just got back from Denver where the bi-annual Association of Tenant Representatives (ATR) conference was held. ATR is a group of independent commercial real estate brokers exclusively focused on serving the needs of companies and non-profits in their real estate transactions. We only represent the user side – tenant or buyer. We meet twice a year to share ideas, best practices, resources, education, marketing, and networking. It also provides us the ability to serve our clients on a national basis since we can leverage the collective expertise throughout the country. This is a group of very seasoned professionals. I love the exchange of ideas, hearing about what’s going on in other markets, and the national reach. Great group of people and another great conference!
