Since starting his career in early 1984, Bob has been involved in all aspects of the commercial real estate business and held positions such as property manager, leasing agent, broker, construction manager, development project manager, and asset manager. He is a licensed Texas real estate broker, member of numerous trade associations and holds a BBA in Finance from UT Arlington and an MBA from the University of Dallas.
Bob has been married to Jan since 1986 and she now works with him at REATA. They have two grown kids who are successfully navigating the business world on their own. Bob enjoys water sports, mountain biking, and hiking, but would rather snow ski than anything else.
Jan grew up in the insurance business as part of an independent agency started by her father in the late 1950s. She has been focused on insurance services for more years than she is willing to count.
Jan has worked for several independent insurance agencies in Plano and most recently worked for the international insurance brokerage firm Willis. Her specialty was commercial lines where she coordinated and managed comprehensive insurance services for large companies in the construction, real estate, public entity, and energy industries.
Jan has been an occasional part of REATA since its founding in 2004. In 2015, she left the insurance industry to solely focus on REATA. Jan is a licensed real estate sales agent. She graduated with a BS in Office Administration from Southwestern Adventist College.
Tenant Advocate / Licensed Agent
Kristi is a born and bred Texan who graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Communications. She has a background in medical office management and worked for several years prior to joining the REATA team in 2016 as a licensed real estate agent. She specializes in both the industrial and office sectors helping her clients with both leasing and purchasing commercial space.
Kristi has been married to her husband, Chris, since 1990 and they have 3 grown kids, 2 daughters-in-law, and an Australian Shepherd named Pepper. She enjoys reading, traveling, and being of service to others in both her professional and personal life.

Transaction Coordinator/Licensed Agent
Lucinda is a Texas native that dreams of retiring in a mountain town in Colorado. After many years in the service industry, she took an opportunity in multi-family property management in 2011 which led to a passion for real estate. Focused on tenant and landlord repair needs, she remained in single-family property management services up until 2020 when she targeted career opportunities for licensed agents. Working alongside a residential transaction coordinator she found a more fitting role that would encourage her to get licensed in 2021.
Lucinda has a black cat named Elvira, a German Shepherd named Tex, and a Pitbull/Lab mix named Abbey. In her free time, she likes to draw and paint, tend to her garden, explore places to dine out, and travel to enjoy the outdoors. Not a complete risk-taker, but she will try most foods and experiences.
