Preston-Hollow-Village_174406Preston Hollow Village is a 42-acre mixed use development in the northwest corner of N. Central Expressway and Walnut Hill Lane which combines retails, restaurants, and office space. There are also plans for up to 1,200 residential units including apartments and townhomes.

Phase I is complete and includes tenants such as Trader Joe’s, Blue Sushi Sake Grill, 18|8 Men’s Salon, Frost Gelato, ModMarket, Orange Theory Fitness, Pakpao Thai and Vertskebap (restaurant) among others. While the office space is quoting rents of $33.00 plus electricity, the retail space  doesn’t quote a rate. My guess is that it’s likely in the $30’s plus triple nets of $12-$15.

Three more buildings have broken ground which will include more retail space and 500 apartments.

Future plans call for more apartments, townhomes, and more office and retail space. They also expect to build a public plaze and a 3-acre park.
